At Hair Hero, we offer private rooms for busy women to relax in. You won’t have to worry about being seen by others outside or other customers. We also provide cushions for your lap and coffee for your enjoyment, so you can relax and have a quiet time. It’s recommended for those who don’t like large salons or those who want to take it easy when they go to the salon.”

At Hair Hero, we take 10-30 minutes to provide counseling for first-time customers. We will listen to your concerns and ask you some questions as well, such as “What kind of service would you like?” or “If you don’t know what to do, please tell us so we can recommend something.” Please feel free to tell us any small concerns you may have without hesitation.

We record and manage your concerns and the details of your treatment for that day. Please note that we take an extra 30 minutes for the first consultation to ensure that subsequent consultations go smoothly. (It may not take 30 minutes.)

After the treatment, we will suggest services for your next visit from Hair Hero. These suggestions are aimed at addressing the concerns we heard during the initial consultation. Please take them into consideration.

Hair Hero is a beauty salon that offers one-on-one service.

We will be responsible for everything from the initial consultation to the final touches. Therefore, there is no need to worry about staff changes or feeling unsettled. Once you are assigned a stylist, they will be responsible for your service from start to finish.

We do not have situations where your stylist changes or an assistant takes over after your haircut. Additionally, we strive to minimize waiting times so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your visit.
